Conditions of Contract :

The Shipper agrees thet carriage is subject to the terms and conditions of trade.

Any differences of the shipment contents and its invoice, may cause un acceptance claims if the shipments are undelivered or uncleared by custom.

Any claims must be brought by shipper/consignee to AMEXindo within 7 days upon arrival, co claims may be brought shipper/consignee to AMEXindo outside of the limit. No claims or lose ora damaged will be entertained untill all transporting charges have beenpaid.

AMEXindo firstly not liable at all for uncertain looses and damages and secondly wherever they are to be liable, the amount of liability is strictly limited to the amount stated in condition on the actual value of the documents or parcels as stated on section 5.

Actual Value
a. Documents shall include any items of no commercial value, it should be to its cost of reparation or replacement, reconstruction value or cost of its transportation whichever is less.
b. Non documents shall include any items of commercial value by reference to its cost of repair or replacement or value in the commercial invoice whichever is less.
c. AMEXindo liability for any loss and demages to the shipments is max. US $ 100.

Specify damages excluded
Its indirect loss, however arising in shipment due to unexpected delay such as, loss of income, profits, interests, untility or loss market.

AMEXindo does not really responsible of any demages on shipper's side as a cause of unproper packing or packaging and others aspects made by shipper.

Custom clearance . The Shipper hereby appoints AMEXindo as the shipper agent to conduct custom clearance at Origin and destination countries.

Collect charge. Shipper is fully responsible guaranteed that consignee will pay all charges or otherwise consignee refuses in pay, shipper will be liable for all such charges.

Unacceptable Items
Animal, plants (or pars there of), alive or dead artwork, original or fine arts Corpses, cremated or desinterred remains. Firearms, weapon and parts there of foodstuffs, perishable, feed, or edible material intendes for consumption by human or animals. Furs and fur clothing, Gambing devices. Hazardous materials, fluids, paints radio active materials, chemicals, acid, ect.
Any dangerous good which are subject to regulations by International Air Transportation Association (IATA), the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) or the codes of Federal Regulations, Title 49 are prohibited.
Pornography, Tobacco.
Prescous metals, stones, jewellery Shipment valued at more than us $ 10.000.
